Waheed Works is a dance project conceived and directed by Tommie-Waheed Evans, a celebrated choreographer and master teacher. As a former member of two acclaimed dance companies, Complexions Contemporary Ballet and Philadanco!, Waheed was guided by some of the industry’s biggest names prior to establishing his own company. Waheed Works’ philosophy is grounded in a mix of intricate ballet with a modern earthiness and infused with powerful, bold jazz moves constructed to bring to life a full range of human emotions that will leave you feeling uplifted.

With an exciting original music score by Greg Smith and stunning costumes designed by Jermaine Terry.
